1. What Trader Desk is

Trader Desk is an information, education and community platform for financial markets. Trader Desk is not a broker, investment adviser, asset manager or custodian, and it does not execute orders, hold client funds or manage investments.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breaches of these terms or the community guidelines.

3. Subscriptions

Trader Pro is $12.99 per month or $99 per year, and Trader Elite is $29.99 per month or $249 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund policy

Refunds are available only within the first 24 hours of a purchase or of the start of a new subscription period. To request one, write to support@traderdeskglobal.com from the email address on the account within that 24-hour window. After 24 hours have passed the payment is final and non-refundable, and access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of what you post and grant Trader Desk a licence to display it on the platform. Content that is abusive, misleading, manipulative, unlawful or spam may be removed and the account may be restricted.

6. No advice

Nothing on Trader Desk — including market data, editorial content published by Trader Desk, headlines from third-party news centres and wires, content posted by other users, or AI-assisted summaries — is financial advice or a recommendation. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

7. Availability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and features may change over time.
