Information we collect

Account details you provide (email, username, display name, profile information), content you create on the platform, and technical information such as device and usage data needed to run the service securely.

How we use it

To operate your account, deliver platform features, keep the community safe, process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Public information

Your profile, posts and community activity are visible to other users. Private messages are visible only to the participants and, where required for moderation, to platform administrators.

Service providers and private records

Lovable Cloud supports account authentication, data and file storage. Stripe processes subscription payments. Embedded TradingView charts may receive technical data directly under TradingView's own privacy terms. Translation and AI-assisted processing may process the content submitted to those features; avoid entering sensitive information.

Monthly P/L records are private to their owner. Identification review files use restricted storage and short-lived access links. These controls do not make public community posts private.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time, after which your profile and content are removed subject to any legal retention obligations.
